Fees
Generous sibling discounts are provided to help make our Christian education even more accessible.
We recognise that fee increases place added pressure on families, and we have worked hard to keep them as low as possible. The 2027 increases are primarily the result of reduced government funding, rising staff salary costs and higher operating expenses due to inflation.
Despite these challenges, we remain committed to providing outstanding Christian education and supporting families through fee assistance where needed.

The cost of most excursions and camps is covered by school fees.
Some elective subjects may incur an additional levy.
Sibling Discounts
Fixed dollar discounts apply to siblings who are currently enrolled and attending Shire Christian School:
- Second child: $1,350 discount
- Third child: $4,000 discount
- Fourth and subsequent children are entitled to a 100% discount1
1 Camp Fees and the Technology Levy are charged for the fourth and subsequent child. Compulsory Camp Fees – Years 4: $200, Year 5 and 6: $550, Years 7-12: $700

The commitment by parents to the payment of school fees is an important financial obligation. If at any point you encounter difficulty meeting that obligation, please contact the Business Manager to discuss your situation.
Fee Assistance
Bursaries are available to assist families in need to pay the school fees. Eligibility for a bursary is means-tested based on family income. Parents of current students are welcome to contact the school to request a bursary form.

Ministry Discount
The school actively encourages families who are currently employed in Christian ministry to enrol their children at the school. Generous discounts are available upon application.
Flexible Payment Plans
Edstart is an alternative payment option to assist families with managing their school fee payments. You can reduce your annual school fee spend by extending payments over a longer period.
